But wouldn't that be contradictory to the claims that he invented the formula that is RockStar Energy drink? Which is unsurprising considering he is an herbalist?Mewihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07372597671450218716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-74615926997760703472009-07-12T11:45:45.091-04:002009-07-12T11:45:45.091-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Mewihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07372597671450218716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-92165608269817854062009-07-10T21:27:21.057-04:002009-07-10T21:27:21.057-04:00Good, now I can go back to avoiding it because it ...Good, now I can go back to avoiding it because it tastes vile. ;-)CrackerLilohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18176388186521154104noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-43264077431333234412009-07-10T12:40:43.996-04:002009-07-10T12:40:43.996-04:00I heard that the CFO is Mark Savage's wife, so...I heard that the CFO is Mark Savage's wife, so it could be argued that Mark still technically benefits from the Company from an arms-length perspective. This is a good step, but it is not enough.Seannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-42889354651257000912009-07-10T12:34:22.688-04:002009-07-10T12:34:22.688-04:00I am offended that this product is promoted and av...I am offended that this product is promoted and available in "our Bars"! The purpose of a boycott is that this product "should not be available or promoted in ANY GAY BARS PERIOD!"Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-43123030095666681542009-07-10T11:55:08.287-04:002009-07-10T11:55:08.287-04:00Though I believe this is a step in the right direc...Though I believe this is a step in the right direction, I don't feel this is enough INITIALLY. The LGBT money they make off their drinks in our bars is well over $100K in one weekend.

I don't think we should just drop our pressure which would imply we are easily bought. Ending the boycott is appropriate for now, but staying on top of them to follow through is the next step.

Look at what happened with the Coors boycott in the 70s. Now the company is a big sponsor for many pride events and still donate tons of many EVERY YEAR to LGBT organizations.

We can be powerful for change. Let's keep it up.Phillip Mintonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06680426451733583939noreply@blogger.com
