A phobia is an illness and it is, in fact, the "irrational fear" of anything according to the DSM-III and DSM-IV-R. Hatred is something else but not an illness. While some people do have an HIV-phobia -- never had unprotected sex or even never having had sex -- hate is not a phobia. The same applies to homo-phobia. I would propose using a more descriptive concept which would be Homo-Agression, HIV-related Agressiveness.
"HIV-phobia" is the irrational fear or hatred of people living with HIV.
