They can even live with you or around you when you don't believe the same things they do, but they will try and convert you. It comes to the point where you have to almost attack them to get them to leave you alone. They are nice folks for the most part like I said, but they have a dark side which is really part of the social structure in which they live. Through social means they will crush opposition until they are in more powerful positions. . . most likely. Hell, it's just an idea.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-44916023885646866132008-11-27T16:40:00.000-05:002008-11-27T16:40:00.000-05:00To all those who are "signing for something", just...To all those who are "signing for something", just wanted to say - don't let the door hit ya!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-72298318942393030612008-11-22T03:15:00.000-05:002008-11-22T03:15:00.000-05:00Actually I do not get the picture at all. Blacks cannot chose their race you make a conscious decision everyday to be gay. What if 14 year olds all of a sudden they decided they should be able to drink. Because you want something you do not automatically get it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-85424479359968629852008-11-20T03:06:00.000-05:002008-11-20T03:06:00.000-05:00Some blacks who voted for and are supporting Prop....Some blacks who voted for and are supporting Prop. 8 are saying it is NOT a civil rights issue. The church leaders encouraged its members to take part in our country's democratic process as well as to vote according to what the church's stardards are. To violate their tax exempt status they would need to preach against something that is legal, members voted on an amendment to more clearly define a word. The church leaders did not preach at all from the pulpit about what is right or wrong. <BR/>PS my previous post merely question 'queersunited' making false accusations about the church financing prop 8 your response had no such comments about that. It is very clear that the church did not fund prop 8 but I certainly understand that makes for a far better attack and headline from the left wing media. And certainly makes people uncomfortable thinking that the LDS church was doing that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-82997187970679328072008-11-18T18:04:00.000-05:002008-11-18T18:04:00.000-05:00No they just used the churches as a political pulp...No they just used the churches as a political pulpit to preach for the yes on h8 campaign, the Mormon church violated their tax exemption and will be held accountable.Queers Unitedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05074493276489593816noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3451574857665049482.post-57082976374199776132008-11-18T17:57:00.000-05:002008-11-18T17:57:00.000-05:00This blog and similar blogs are the real reason th...This blog and similar blogs are the real reason there is so much miss information about prop 8. Not one cent was donated from the LDS Church, members of that church donated the church itself did no such thing. So if you are looking to be factual and put the truth out there you should do the same. That church funded nothing. What is not reasonable is your focus on the Mormon Church. The frustration should be focused on the State. This is a constitutional issue not a voting issue. The Church has the same rights as everyone else in this country. Note - I am not Mormon. I simply ask that individual rights be respected. I don't concur with their beliefs but they are entitled to their beliefs just as the g/l communities are entitled to theirs.
