"Many of my constituents tell me they don't believe sexual orientation should be considered a protected class like race or religion," Thatcher said. "The new law has vague definitions of sexual orientation, which will lead to expensive litigation and there are already measures in place to deal with discrimination." -Rep. Kim Thatcher (R-Keizer).

As for Thatcher, the law clearly defines what sexual orientation is. I have read it. Isn't it scary that these people are voting on bills and they have no idea what they contain?
It is scary but after all the "Patriot Act" was also voted on without having been read.
