An "amphisexual" is a bisexual who is capable of physically and emotionally loving persons of either sex.

yeah its just another term for it that isn't widely used
Actually, no. Someone who is bisexual may be amphisexual, or may not. Some people who may be termed bisexual enjoy sex with either sex, but not emotional love. For example, many people have known men who are "straight" but enjoy an occasional sexual encounter with another man; he would be bisexual, but not amphisexual.
i understand it's a fluid definition. but for me, being bisexual, i can and have been in serious relationships with men and women. language is so interesting...
