In the legal segment Tuesday evening on Fox New's O'Reilly Factor, host Bill O'Reilly questions legal analysts Lis Wiehl and Kimberly Guilfoyle on the American Eagle decision to reverse its anti-trans policy.
In the short segment O'Reilly voiced his outrage over the fact that American Eagle caved and now allows "men to dress like women" and "women to dress like men" and to add insult to injury says that "men can now dress like Dolly Parton and be protected." Ms. Wiehl the voice of reason spoke about how gender identity is a protected class in New York state and that the clothing retailer made the right choice.
O'Reilly decided to go even further and raise the ridiculous question over whether "people should be allowed to dress like ewoks?". Wiehl attempted to respond to the insane assertion explaining how gender identity is different, but was cut off by the bullying and overpowering Mr. O'Reilly.

Bill O'Reilly Furious Over 'That Gay Guy' Adam Lambert Being on 'Fascinating List'
Fox News political commentator and host of the O'Reilly Factor is furious over the fact that Barbara Walters has chosen American Idol runner up Adam Lambert among her top most fascinating people of the year list. O'Reilly previously made headlines by Dividing American Idol's "Gay" and "Christian" Vote.
In the segment below, O'Reilly takes issue with several of Walter's choice of fascinating people, this list is subjective and he has every right to critique her. The problem arises over the fact that he refers to Lambert as "that gay guy" without giving any credence to his vocal abilities and insisting that he is capitalizing and misbehaving simply because he is gay, and that non-gay people would not engage in those behaviors.

Bill O'Reilly: "Teaching About Cross Dressing is Social Engineering"
A harmless video being shown to elementary school children in California to teach respect for cross-dressers is outraging the right-wing media. O'Reilly and his republican strategist guest Margaret Hoover are saying its "inappropriate" to teach about cross dressing and that this is a "small segment of the population that's not worth discussing".
He claims that this video is tantamount to "social engineering" and that "they have a lot of power" ratcheting up fears that the gay and transgender community are trying to infiltrate schools with a queer agenda.

Bill O'Reilly Mocks Genderqueer Mayor in Oregon
Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly has long been an outspoken conservative who maintains anti-gay and transphobic viewpoints. In his latest segment he invites Megyn Kelly to discuss and ridicule Silverton, Oregon mayor Stu Rasmussen who identifies as a heterosexual transgender male for violating the city dress code in front of a presentation in front of children. The mayor fits the bill of someone who is genderqueer, preferring male pronouns, and female attire.
The segment below shows the discussion between O'Reilly and Kelly.
O'Reilly says "it's so bizarre" in referring to the story and calls Oregon a "secular progressive heaven with left-wing loons like Stu."
O'Reilly chuckles at the story, and acts surprised that "Stu has a girlfriend"
He ends with the question "do children need to be protected from the likes of Stu?"
O'Reilly acted immature and transphobic throughout the program. We do applaud Megan Kelly for not stooping down to his level and saying that "transgender people are part of society, and they are not bad people, and that people need to learn about them."
Email Bill O'Reilly and tell him to be ashamed for mocking Mayor Rasmussen.
Email Megyn Kelly to thank her for standing up for transgender people.

Bill O'Reilly Dividing American Idol's "Gay" and "Christian" Vote
Bill O'Reilly is engaging in his gay versus straight and Christianity versus secular America, even on his latest segment discussing American Idol! This is a talent competition to find the best singer, not the best preacher.
On his show the O'Reilly Factor he says "might be gay Adam Lambert" versus straight Kris Allen. Where does he come off having the right to discuss anyone's alleged sexual orientation, and how as a "journalist" does he find his sources to know either of these mens actual sexual identification. To play devil's advocate Adam Lambert may be gay but that doesn't negate the fact that he could be a Christian, but just because Kris Allen is married and identifies as Christian doesn't make him straight, he could be bisexual.
Bill O'Reilly maintains that Christians may vote for the Christian candidate and then engaged in gay-baiting by showing irrelevant pictures of Adam Lambert kissing men.

O'Reilly, Miller Falsely Suggested Obama Supported Prop 8
Fox News' Bill O'Reilly and Dennis Miller falsely suggested President Obama supported California's Proposition 8. After Miller described a call to his radio show in which the caller suggested that "had [Obama] been a California resident," he "would have voted for Proposition 8," O'Reilly stated that the caller "probably listened to The Radio Factor and then called you because we had said that." In fact, Obama opposed Proposition 8.

Bill O'Reilly Wants "Gays Turned into Salt", Dennis Miller calls "Homosexuals Morons"
Another day and another task we have in combating blatant homophobia. The O'Reilly factor had a segment about "Hunky Jesus" an event in San Francisco where men dress up as Jesus. The event is hosted by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. Whether you like the event or are personally offended by it, people have the right to exercise their right to free speech and so do O'Reilly and Miller. However, I prefer to call them out on it and let them know they are wrong to talk about gays in this manner.
Dennis Miller refers to gays as "homosexual morons who want to throw a parade" and O'Reilly says "Wouldn't you love to see these people turned into salt" and Miller responds he "doesn't know, and just doesn't care"
Please watch the video here on PageOneQ http://pageoneq.com/news/2008/oreilly032708.html
Millions of people tuned into this homophobic crap.
Please contact O'Reilly and Miller and let them know homophobia on our airwaves is not welcome.
