A "celesbian" is an openly or allegedly gay female celebrity. In recent times the term has evolved to include those celebrities who claim they are lesbian or bisexual as a publicity stunt.

I personally think it hurts the lesbian community reputation: 1It makes all lesbian seem like they have to be hot bitches, 2it makes non lesbians want to act like lesbians meaning the real lesbians feel uncool or knocked out of the way 3 IT makes for lesbians to be a guys sex dream. I think that those celesbians are wrong for using a sexual identity for publicity.
