The Trevor Project operates a 24/7 suicide prevention national hotline for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth. The service offers a non judgmental person to talk to about your problems, and to help you realize that there is hope amidst despair.

The GLBT national help center operates 2 toll-free hot lines to help GLBT youth and adults. Callers can discuss in confidentiality anything from needing support coming out, to dealing with issues of safe-sex, or simply finding out where the local GLBT community organizations and resources are in ones area.
