New Hampshire Legalizes Same-Sex Marriage

After weeks of wrangling for votes, disagreements over wording over religious protections and the governors refusal to sign unless his language was placed in the bill. The battle is over, and we have won.

New Hampshire has officially become the 6th state in the United States to have legally sanctioned same-sex marriage recognition.

New Hampshire Senate Passes Marriage Equality Bill 13-11!

The bill must now go to back to the house which already previously approved it, and will likely pass. Action is now needed to get New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch to sign the bill. He has remained mute on the subject but in the past has stated personal opposition.
