"Batty Boy" is a pejorative term meaning someone who likes it in their rear, against gay and effeminate men used predominantly in the Carribean.

Word of the Gay: "Wife"

"Wife" can be used to refer to a female partner, or to an effeminate male partner in a same-sex relationship. The term can also be used pejoratively against male couples, to insinuate that one of the men is passive.
