'Sex change operation' is probably not the best language to use in this context. Better choices: transgender surgery, sex reassignment surgery, gender confirmation surgery. 'Sex change' is not a term I ever use, nor do I hear other trans people using it, and personally I find its usage disrespectful.
Call it whatever you want, they're supporting their employees. I read this just after opening and heating a can of Cambpell's Chunky Healthy Request Grilled Chicken & Sausage Gumbo®. It tasted wonderful already, but now it's uber "m'm m'm good!®".
I think I'm gonna stock up on Campbell's soup now....
so they should pay for breast augmentation and even penile enlargements cause that would only be fair for everyone who isn't comfortable in their own body..right??...this is silly
