The Human Rights Campaign has scheduled a rally tonight in support of the expected final passage of the marriage equality bill tomorrow. The Mayor of the capital has promised to sign the legislation, and congress has 30 days to decide whether to veto the bill.
Even though a win looks very likely, it is critical to come out and show support for the measure.

Nationwide Marriage Equality Protest Listing
In the wake of marriage equality being defeated in Maine, and the one year anniversary of the passage of proposition 8, activists are holding protests throughout the country to express their outrage that the majority has the right to deny civil rights to a minority population.

Demand Marriage Rights at Providence, Rhode Island Rally
Rhode Island is the sole state in New England to not have marriage equality as the law of the land. Marriage Equality Rhode Island will be hosting a rally today at the statehouse demanding the legislature act to pass marriage before the legislative session ends.
