Web Spotlight: NOGLSTP

Thanks, to yesterdays shameless self promotion, this great website, National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals was mentioned. It is a "group of scientists and engineers who practice with PRIDE." The organization works to increase LGBT issues within the scientific community and also bring science to the LGBT community.

Check them out at http://www.noglstp.org

Hey, I posted that. Cool! Thanks so much for highlighting the website. As a scientist (with - let me count - six gay scientist friends) I'm delighted. I'm glad you let people know that there are gay people in every profession. I'm all for eliminating stereotypes. Thank you :)

Geek I am really glad you posted it, it is really cool, and I never heard of that organization. Granted, I am not scientist and it wasn't my best subject in school lol, I think it is great to have groups like these for advocacy and networking.
