An Argentianian bank advertisement for Banco Provincia, features an elderly man discuss and apologize to a transgender woman who he mistreated. It is a short clip, but it is heart warming and empowering to see a financial institution take this bold step.
Email if you would like to thank the bank, Spanish speakers should step to the front of the line.

OK, I'm a sap, I know, but I teared up over this commercial. It's just beautiful.
In the translation it's lost how the man employs the feminine pronouns for the transwoman.
if only this happened in real life. its a great and empowering commercial but i wont hold my breathe for those to appologize to me
I love this commercial. I posted this in my blog a while back but think it needs to make a second appearance soon.

Thanks for this post. I'm putting it on my blog (MsQueer) with link back to you. Nice Job! And, yes, I teared up!!!! MsQ
To anonymous above. They ARE apologizing to you. This is very empowering that a big bank would put this out. We have a long way to go. This is a huge step in that direction. The rest of the world will lead. It is my hope that the U.S. will follow. Bless you all my trans brothers and sisters.
If only the bank where Ludo works had this mindset...
