"Lezbo" is a variation on the term lesbian, and is often seen in slang, pop culture, and internet and text message lingo. The term could also be used pejoratively against actual or perceived queer women.

I hate that word with all my heart. I have never seen or heard a positive use.
Pretty sure it is "lesbo" as seen at dictionary.com it is a disparaging term used against lesbians.
And if you ask me the word is probably the second most offensive word you could call a lesbian. It also kind of gives the impression of the word bimbo. So lesbian + bimbo = lesbo?
On another note, I have been called this before because of purely ignorant people who thought this word was "acceptable" language.
My baby doesn't like it when I use this word! ;)
We have co-opted this word. I love it!
