"America Doesn't Want us Here" So Come on Bi!

The latest homophobic rant we have received on this blog here in light of my blog entry on McDonald's.

"You Nasty, Dirty, Freaks need to stay out of public & weather you think it or not most of America doesn't want you here! You are so quick to judge & call people homophobes, but these are just people who know right from wrong! CHILDREN don't need to be exposed to such trash, McDonalds is a FAMILY place, not a queer bar. You people take something that is meant to be a beautiful thing & PERVERT IT!!! GO TO EUROPE"
Since this anonymous hater tells queers to goto Europe, it encourages me to promote the following website...

http://www.immigrationequality.org/

A wonderful organization dedicated to securing immigration rights of non-citizen same-sex partners. Bring more queers to the country! LoL.

Our inability to marry and "import" a person from another country is disastrous to so many of us! My personal story is an example..... I will omit the details, but the hurdles were too great for us. (We did not wish to break the laws.) THAT WAS 15 YEARS AGO, A TOTAL HEARTBREAK...... We live in an international society... ESPECIALLY, here, in MIAMI! We deserve the SAME rights as hets, regarding immigration of same sex SPOUSES! WE PAY THE SAME TAXES! WE CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY! Enough of this discrimination.

I'm sure quite a few "queers" have served him burgers at McDonald's, and he didn't even know it. I was always out, or at least from age 17, and when I worked at several fine fast-fooderies around Orlando, I'd always find another L, G, B, or T employee or two.

Larry, I'm so sorry. *hug* We totally need to amend that law.

Go McDonald's, that's what I say.

"McDonalds is a FAMILY place, not a queer bar. You people take something that is meant to be a beautiful thing & PERVERT IT!!!"

That's a bizarre thing to say. I mean, it's not like gays are copping a feel in their local McDonald's any more than straights are.

Oh noez! Mr. Internet Troll thinks my family doesn't belong in McD's! And he's probably the one leering at my curvy 16 year old bisexual daughter. So who's the pervert, Bi me, the husbear and our 4 kids (1 bi, 1 crossdresser) or him with his ephebephilia?

But he is right. Most of America DOESN'T want us here. I'd say 80% or so.

People who don't sign their names to a
comment they make are nothing in my book.
They are scared people who wouldn't say it
to your face so they hide behind the internet.

Modesty! Angelia I'm very sorry that you've decided to encourage you "Curvy Daughter" to be Bi-Sexual in such a confusing time in her life. Teenagers should not be having sex to begin with. You're gonna have an STD &/or New Born to deal with before to long. The fact is you folks push this stuff out into society for people to look at when people clearly don't want to see it. Innocence is fading & the suggestions of a partly gay America does in no way bring the innocence back. Now I've "Experimented" before but I quickly fell to shame soon there after because I knew what I was doing was wrong. Shame is a natural indicator that you've done something wrong incase you didn't know. If you ignore shame long enough you could convince yourself that murder is acceptable. I'm sure that most of the response's to this will be "He's in the closet" or "He's a Homophobe" but that's the way you all deal with your people who don't agree with your life style. I've seen both side & I encourage you to repent. Sin will eat you alive if you don't deal with it.

Thanks for the link. If by some chance Obama doesn't win (well I still might even if he doesn), I'll be heading to Toronto for the rest of my life. I need the universal healthcare anyway. :)

I find myself flabbergasted that people can come to the conclusion that because something isn't right FOR THEM, it's not right FOR ANYONE. If you don't like chicken, you don't go to KFC and tell people that you tried chicken once and felt sick afterward so they shouldn't eat chicken, either. Why do people think that sexual and romantic attraction is any different from any other appetite?

These sort of attacks come with blogging. After awhile you get use to it.

I have an American right to be an alcoholic. I have an American right to say whatever I want to whoever I want, I have an American right to cheat on my spouse, I have an American right to knock up some chick I hardly know, I have an American right to break up my family, I have an American right to kill in the name of democracy, I have an American right to laugh at weak people, I have an American right to protest a soldier's funeral, I have an American right to overcharge people, I have an American right to leave a trail of broken families behind me, I have an American right to lie to whoever I please, I have an American right to teach my children to hate, I have an American right to sit at home & collect welfare, I have an American right to go where I'm not wanted & stir up trouble, but should I practice these rights? People wouldn't care what you guys did if you kept it out of the public eye but that's not good enough for you. I never thought I'd be able to compare the gay community with the KKK, but like them no one wants to see your parades or march's. So should I push my agenda on your community? Do you like it?

Lmao at Anon.

Since when did gay people have an agenda? Since when did we want to rule the world? *Roll eyes*

The comment by Anon just reeks of heterosexual privilege ie: "I never thought I'd be able to compare the gay community with the KKK, but like them no one wants to see your parades or march's. So should I push my agenda on your community? Do you like it?"

Wow, you wouldn't know gay if they hit you in the face with a big fat tuna fish.

First of all, thank you for having a blog that is open to all of us. It's so sad that these anonymous writers think that we have an 'agenda' beyond supporting each person in being what they want and need to be. How does Angelia supporting her daughter in the sexuality that her daughter chooses, get turned into her daughter having sex and STDs and 'New Borns'? How does being proud enough to be out about your identity equate with being in the KKK or being an alcoholic, cheating on your spouse, or teaching children to hate? Maybe America doesn't want us here, but maybe we need to teach the folks in America how to love each other for who each of us is.

Love is Christ, love is often harsh & direct. When you love someone you some times have to tell them the painful truth. acceptance is not always love, tolerance is not always love either, but caring is always love. I know it sounds corny but it's the truth. Bottom line the gay life style is a sin just as alcoholism, divorce, abortion, lying, cheating, or killing! With that said I do not hate any one of you, but a spade is a spade!
PEACE

anonymous - if you keep returning, why dont you just make a username?

why is the gay "lifestyle" a sin? are gay animals also sinners? God made gays and straights in her image.

If you're going to post on a site where you know MANY people will be reading your words, please consider revising your grammar.

weather=rain, sleet, snow, sunshine
whether="whether or not"

some times=sometimes
one word.

Also...umm, what are you doing reading a gay blog? Did you perhaps go on a Google frenzy, or were you just stopping by for the second time this week to say hi to old friends?

I wonder...

Queers United said...

Lauren you are so funny, and make a super valid point! In the spirit of free speech I didn't want to edit their bad grammar =)

Wow. I still don't get it and I never will. We're not hurting anyone; I promise society will not fall when it's really ok to be gay, and I don't get how you can deny someone's human rights. "A person different than me" CAN and SHOULD equal "a person, period."
Great post.

saber - i don't get it either, thanks for visiting.

"You people take something that is meant to be a beautiful thing & PERVERT IT!!!"

Is McD's supposed to be a "beautiful place"? IMO, nothing involving smelly, used children's games and thousands of calories worth of food can be beautiful.

Don't get me wrong, I love McD's but what makes it a beautiful place and how do we pervert it? Are we finger f-ing Ronald McDonald while children watch or something?
