This publication is an absolute SHAM. It includes some of the worst corporations for human and environmental rights just because they are "pro-gay."

This is not "queers united" this is queers in it for themselves and nothing else and failing to recognize the interconnectedness of our struggles.

Shame on HRC as usual.

I am not a fan of HRC or Joe Solomonese but the guide does have some value. Granted, there are tons of businesses listed I would never support on there regardless of their ranking but it does provide a useful resource with regards to some categories. HRC is not Greenpeace so I don't expect them to be ranking based on environmental practices anymore than I would expect PETA to rank on LGBT issues. That being said I wish HRC would actually be for an inclusive ENDA. We can take the good from every organization, and criticize them for what we don't like.
