I am sad to inform you that it is no longer a promise, but a fact. He Vetoed it today at about 5:30PM EST... I can only hope that we get 2/3rd's majority vote in house T.T
sad but true mewi, now we must all focus our efforts on getting the house to override, we are supposedly 1 vote away from overriding!
