"For The Bible Tells Me So" (Online Segments of Movie)

"For The Bible Tells Me So" is a thought-provoking and informative movie for people who are struggling with guilt and oppression resulting from conflicts over religion and homosexuality. The film gives an accurate analysis of the passages on homosexuality in the context of the time period, and offers brilliant insight in showing that sexual minorities are not sinners as has been mistaught by religious scholars for centuries.

Discovering Pride provides links to all 10 youtube clips for you to view at your leisure. This is a powerful film and should be seen by all LGBTQ people of faithsand for all those who believe homosexuality is a sin.

Hey folks, this movie is available from Amazon.com, and Netflicks. Instead of watching clips online (which are not legally posted), please purchase a copy for yourself, your friends and loved ones– the only way these important independent films get made is if the film distributors see that there is a profitable market for them. If we all just watch them on the net, the distributors make no money, and there will be no market for this kind of film. Not making any judgments about copyright here, just tellin’ it like it is. I bought 3 copies

The bible can be interpreted to say anything one wants it to say. It can be used to justify homophobia, and it can be used to justify LGBT rights. But neither interpretation is any more "truthful" than any other interpretation.

Why?

Because the bible is contradictory. It has more positions than the Kama Sutra.
