Ooh, I kind of like this one, but my favorite is 'studsband' since my booh is a 'stud' (masculine lesbian). This is what I consider her as since we've been together for almost thirteen years. I think the term 'hersband' is another that I might consider using, too.

The word Hersband was created by Hersband and Wife to explain their relationship to readers back in 2004. It was actually a word that was used to describe them by a close personal friend and they adopted it that very day.
