Vote With Your Dollar - Boycott Companies That H8!

AfterEllen is keeping a comprehensive listing of companies that financially supported the "yes on 8" campaign which eliminated the right of same-sex couples to marry. It is not a complete list, but it is a good resource.

Boycott of Century, CinéArts and Tinseltown Theater chains: Alan J. Stock, Chairman of the Cinemark Corporation, donated $9,999 to Yes on 8.

In SF, this includes the Cinearts Empire Theater and the Century 9 in the Westfield shopping ctr. Check www.cinemark.com for locations in your area.

We enjoyed a hearty meal at El Coyote yesterday. Don't normally eat there, but gay thugs attacked it, so there we went. Please publish some other restaurants you're attacking, and, if possible, the menus. Thanks so much.

For those of us in Los Angeles area, when do we start protesting at the Baptist Church in Compton. Their pastor told all his flock to vote YES on 8? Someone please organize it so we can all attend!!!

Or I just read about going to the AME Baptist Church. Lets do it!! They all voted yes too. We could have a great protest there. Set a time and lets get it together.

To the person who liked their meal so very much at El Coyote- You deserve an award. Their food has always been the worst in town and everybody knows it. So, you would be the first to have thought it "hearty and enjoyable." Just to help you out, maybe we can include a list of white supremacist neo-nazi establishments for your dining pleasure. Or, perhaps you've already found those in your spare time, just like you found El Coyote.

Hey Seven, yeah El C has horrible food, but it was made miraculously enjoyable because eating there stuffs the protest back in your face. The neo-nazis are the ones outside with the signs. You might as well paint "Juden" on the front door of the restaurant. Sound familiar, Herr Seven?

I started my boycott last week at EVERY business that even employs 8ers!They are the ones who showed up en masse to vote.Gays should consider the timing of this boycott very lucky.Do you realize the impact of 11 million boycotters(U.S)during this already iffy Holiday Season?Stores will panic, just like we've always had to!Boycott now and everyday! We are a Billion Dollars Strong!

Another website was requesting Boycott Chants. How about "We Won't Stay Anywhere We're Not Wanted" as we march right past empty stores? Also,if you visit Palm Springs, only shop there. The surrounding towns voted 89%(!!!) Yes On 8!
